PAYMENTS

There are two types of fees: school and delegate.

• The school registration fee is $310 - but it's easy to get a discount! Just pay by Sept. 30 for $60 off!  And if you're a tri-county school new to SWFLMUN (or in an economically disadvantaged area) we'll waive your entire school registration fee!  (Email your request for a waiver code.)🙂
  If you miss both the early and regular registration deadlines, the fee increases to $365 on December 1 with a hard cut-off of January 15, 2027 (or until space is filled, whichever comes first).  We are not able to accept any school delegations after January 15.

• Delegate registration is $62 per student if received by September 30.  It increases to $95 through November 30.  After this date, if we're able to accommodate any additional students, the fee is the full $125.  Delegate registrations will not be accepted after January 15, 2027.  (Coaches may request a fee waiver for students experiencing financial difficulty.)

• Need to send a school check?  No problem!
  Please select "offline payment" at check-out, then mail your check (made out to NAPLES COUNCIL FOR WORLD AFFAIRS) to:
