This fee covers meals, supplies and other expenses for all delegates.

• There are no separate fees for coaches/advisors, chaperones, judges, committee and conference staff, and registered guests.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID.

Every delegate needs to be both REGISTERED and PAID.

Delegates are expected to attend both days of the conference in March.
Failure to do so may lead to being banned from future SWFLMUN conferences!

Delegates for whom the registration fee causes financial stress should speak with their coach/advisor about requesting a fee waiver.
