November 1, 2025 - School registration form due 
November 1, 2025 - Last day for EARLY school registration fee ($225) (increases to $275 after this date)
December 1, 2025 - Student registration fees due ($55 p/p)  (increased rate of $85 applies Dec 2 - Jan 16)
December 15, 2025 - Last day for STANDARD school registration fee ($275) (increases to $325 applies after this date)
December 15, 2025 - Last day for coaches to request a position paper extension for students attending GatorMUN. 
January 16, 2026 - LAST DAY FOR SCHOOL REGISTRATION & PAYMENT ($325)  (Additional schools at program chair's discretion)
January 16, 2026 - LAST DAY FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT ($110)  (Additional delegates at program chair's discretion
January 21, 2026 - Position papers due (by midnight)
January 23, 2026 - Position papers turned over to readers
January 28, 2026 - Position papers due (by midnight) for schools previously granted an extension only.
January 30, 2026 - Qualified late position papers turned over to readers.
February 5, 2026 - Last day to provide info for program  (committee chairs and room #s, NCWA names, etc.)
February 13, 2026 - HARD STOP on school and delegate registrations (if we're even still accommodating them by this time)
February 20, 2025 - Special competition submissions due in by midnight!
February 22, 2026 - Position paper winner names due to coordinator
March 2-3, 2026 - Conference (on FGCU campus)
