September 1, 2026 - Delegate registration opens (Collier, Lee, Charlotte counties)
November 1, 2026 - School and Delegate registration opens (schools outside tri-county area) 
January xx, 2027 - LAST DAY FOR SCHOOL REGISTRATION
January xx, 2027- LAST DAY FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION
January xx, 2027- Position papers due (by midnight)
January xx, 2027- Position papers turned over to readers
February x, 2027- Last day to provide info for program  (committee chairs and room #s, NCWA names, etc.)
February 18, 2027- Special Competition submissions due in by midnight!
February xx, 2027- Position paper and Special Competition winners lists due to coordinator
March 1-2, 2027- Conference (on FGCU campus)
